Well, seeing I prefer traditional Imperial Chinese mixed with Mongolian, in which, we take a wonderful sauce and stir fry beef, snow peas, carrots, and a great sauce with steamed rice on the side and then achieve mouthwatering delight, I'll have to say only veggies and meet. You must eat the beef/veggie/sauce with chopsticks then grab some rice and then some tea, and go back and forth. It is a necessary balance! We cannot have fried rice, unless it is flied lice and we are prepared to make that the main dish. ^_^'
