Imagine what it would look like! It would be so pretty! Everything in the city would be devoted to art! From the simplest things like line drawings, to the more complex things art like animation. Free video game consoles all around, because we'd probably be the designers/ beta testers of the equipment and games. It would truely be a heaven on earth.

I don't like cities though I live in one now...but it has a small twon feel to it...but I would love to met all friends here and I say it doesn't matter how you good are...there are too many "great artists" with egos..I don't count at an artist as great...based on not only on drawing skill...but if they have a good heart or not. I guess my answer is yes.
