Because he'd freak out to every other player...cause yeah, he's a geek and stuff *is half awake at the moment*
Eh, just a weird doodle for the evening xD
And yes, I already know that it's Mei Ling who comments about Pikachu on the codec calls in Brawl. But since Pikachu is all more like an idol to japan, Otacon is all like "OMFG A REAL PIKA!!!"
I'd imagine Snake always snatching otacon out of the way before he gets pummeled by an opponent...poor guy xD
....bleh, I'm done xD;;

Otacon: "IT'S JUST LIKE ONE OF MY JAPANESE ANIMES!!!!"
