okay....Here's what I came up with, sorry for the sketchiness xD;
Yeah, it's a bit different from her old outfits, but eh, I love trying out new things.
I'm not so sure about her hat and vest, it makes her look too gangsta/punkish to me....I dunno though xD;
Tell me what you guys think.

Candy on the shirt...? Now I KNOW you're just teasing me. >.< Who can resist candy, eh?
Lots of bright colors and odd styles that aren't remotely common where I live. >.> Kinda scary, for some reason or another.

It looks cool, but you have to consider that no one would walk in the street dressed like that. I love the hat, hair and her little jacket. But the rest is too colorful and too many details. You see, she's wearing three socks! I say try to make this one design less "detailed", you know?

There seems to be too much gray and dull colors, in my opinion. Lolli =/= Gray. :\

If every color became brighter, I think it would seem more like Lolli... or am i missing the point of the new outfit? ._.;

Ohh colorful! I really like her shirt and the hat is really cute... niot too sure about the frilly stockings though.... they seem a bit... i don't know... much.

Gangsta/Punk isn't what I thought when I saw this. It kinda looks Decora (japanese style that involves lots of colors)
