A much needed concept art sheet featuring my Zelda oc, Kyris Windfeather. I created her to be the Sage of Wind during the OoT era. NOTE that I created her WAY before Wind Waker came out.

Good job. I really appreciate the fact that this character is believable both in clothing style, and proportions. Most people (men usually) exaggerate certain features, which kind of annoys me. Keep it up.

As much as I love the human body, over exaggerating it can get a bit repetitive (female characters with DDD size breasts is a fine example).

Hey, I get discouraged all of the time too, but you just gotta keep trying. I'm sending out my portfolio and resume to all of these companies in Seattle, but I'm afraid no one's going to even look at my stuff because I already see so many kickass artists here on DA, so I'm always scared that they'll just go to someone else :/
